Escola da Cor

The project took place at Escola da cor, a former butcher’s shop transformed into an art space dedicated to color and experimentation. The exhibition was installed in a former meat refrigeration chamber, entirely lined in pink marble, which served as the starting point for the intervention.

The work presented a series of daily self-portraits, produced each morning upon arriving at the studio as a practice of gesture and emotional recording. Together, these drawings form a continuous visual diary, balancing immediacy and introspection.

During the opening, blind portrait drawings — made without looking at the paper — were created in response to visitors, introducing spontaneity and chance into the installation.
